Fish Siomai


I haven’t tried this recipe yet, but it sure is nutritious and easy on the budget.


2 med. size – galunggong, boiled and flaked
1/2 cup – carrots, chopped
2 pcs. – onions, chopped
2 pcs. – eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. – all-purpose flour
dash – ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp. – salt
14 pcs. – molo wrapper


1. Mix all together, form into balls and wrap with molo wrapper.
2. Place it in a steamer and steam until cooked.
Makes 7 servings (2 pcs. per serving)

Calorie/serving : 131 kcal.
Carbohydrates : negligible
Protein : 8 gms.
Fat : 10 gms.
