Best Summer Coolers


Now that it is summer, the weather is hot and the sun is out all the time. While it can be fun in the beginning because there are a lot of activities that can be done when the sun is out, there are times when the heat can already become uncomfortable and this makes people want to have the best summer coolers that are available. They can drink these refreshing drinks while they are having fun under the sun.

Of course, making these various summer coolers will not be possible without the use of industrial blenders. As long as people have the right blender at home, they can be sure that making the drinks will be far easier to do.

  • Raspberry Lemonade – Want to make sure that your usual raspberry will have a bit of a tangy taste to it? Just add a bit of lemon and the taste will be exquisite. Of course, make sure that you will blend the ingredients well to help cool you down.
  • Mango Milkshake – It seems that everyone loves mango so why not add a bit of milk to the mix to tone down its taste a bit? It will still refresh you and you will welcome the nice taste a lot.
  • Watermelon with Basil – Watermelon is already a summer staple and you cannot go through summer without having a bit of watermelon in your system. You can help improve the taste though with a bit of basil. It will add a nice twist to your drink.

The Many Benefits of Eating Seafood

The sea is known to house a lot of sea creatures that people would love to eat but people sometimes try to avoid eating seafood because they are not sure about the things that they can get from it. Nowadays, people are more concerned about their health and the fact that they do not know what they are placing inside their bodies scares them.


According to studies, seafood is good for the body because aside from being rich in nutrients, they also give a good source of protein. Aside from this they give different vitamins and minerals that will allow people to become healthier than ever.

Here are some of the benefits that can be received from eating seafood:

  • Improves heart health – Having an unhealthy heart can lead to a wide variety of health conditions. Including seafood in people’s diet will allow them to reduce the risk of heart diseases.

  • Enhances good skin – This may be surprising for a lot of people but taking in more seafood can help reduce the amount of toxins that are inside the body that may cause skin issues. Without toxins and the increase in antioxidants brought about by eating seafood, the skin can be improved.

Of course, it is important to only choose fresh seafood delivery because eating stale seafood will expose people to risks that could have been avoided.

Fedhz Polvoron Delivery

Late post.  I was finally able to place an order of these tasty homemade polvoron from Marce Fedhz last month.

My order (in four plastic containers with cute thank you cards) came with sample product the ones in small brown bags. They were delivered right at my doorsteps by Fedhz’ cousins who were living just a few blocks away.

Fedhz and cousins are also selling lumpiang gulay and lumpiang shanghai which were also a hit for my family. 🙂
