We got this mini version of Bibingka (Filipino rice cake) at Bibingkinitan kiosk in Puregold North Commonwealth for P120/six pieces or P20 per piece (less than .50 cents) last year.
I’m fond of eating kakanin (Filipino delicacies) and I promised myself to buy Bibingkinitan whenever I see an outlet selling them. Opportunity came up and I finally got my wish! 😀
I never realized Bibingkinitan would taste so delicious. Next time I would buy a dozen for my family. 😀
Bibingkinitan was launched in the market in 2004. Its brand name, Bibingkinitan, is connotative of its sku (shelf keeping unit) or single serving size that it made available to its buyers at the retail price of P20. Today, the Bibingkinitan kiosks number some 150 and counting. Source: http://business.inquirer.net/money/columns/view/20101203-306693/What-is-the-true-key-to-Bibingkinitans-success
